William Pennypacker, Jr

William H. Pennypacker, Jr., 100, formerly of Reading, passed away Tuesday September 26, 2017 at 4:07 am in Keystone Villa at Douglassville. He was the husband of the late Jeannette V. (Campbell) Pennypacker who passed away December 21, 2004. Born in Reading Mr. Pennypacker was the son of the late William H. Pennypacker, Sr. and Martha E. (Fleischood) Pennypacker. He served in the United States Army Air Corp during World War II and was a bus operator for Reading School District for 31 years retiring in 1979. Mr. Pennypacker is survived by several nephews and one niece and was preceded in death by his siblings Helen Pennypacker, Elmer Pennypacker and Evelyn Fritz.
