William F. Hedl

William F. Hedl, 83, of Exeter Township, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at 4:11 pm at Chestnut Knoll, Boyertown. He was the husband of Roberta M. (Lannigan) Hedl. Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Hedl was the son of the late William J. and Catherine R. (Lawlor) Hedl. He was a member of Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, Exeter Township and was employed by Kraft Foods as a production manager. In addition to his wife, Mr. Hedl is survived by his children William M. Hedl husband of Jennifer L. Hedl of Exeter Township; Helen M. Strohecker wife of Steven Strohecker of New Jersey and his 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings Richard M. Hedl husband of Linda Hedl of Virginia and Rosemarie McMenamin wife of Charles McMenamin of Florida. Mr. Hedl was preceded in death by his grandson Shane P. Hedl. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church 4975 Boyertown Pike Saturday January 25, 2025 at 12:00 pm. Reverend Brian M. Miller, Celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends at Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church Saturday from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association PO Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011 in memory of Mr. William F. Hedl.
