Willard Herman Jr

Willard F. Herman Jr., 81, of Spring Township, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at the Reading Hospital. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Willard F. Herman and Anna T. (Timmins) Herman. During his life he was the assistant to director of operations for Delta Technical Coating in Whitter California, retiring in 1998. He served proudly in the United States Army during the Peacetime. Although being a native to Berks County Willard spent some time living in California. He was a loving companion to his mother Anna. Willard is survived by his brother Barry Lee Herman, husband of Teresa, of Allenstown, NH; and several friends and family members. He will sincerely be missed.
