Walter Rothermel

Walter Allen Rothermel, 73, of Wernersville, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Reading Hospital. He was the beloved husband, of Joan A. (Ciarmella) Rothermel. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Walter J. and Stella A. (Kline) Rothermel. In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughters, Denise Wirth, Darlene Bender, Christine Krall, Cheryl Meyer, 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held in Bean Funeral Homes & Crematory, 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 11:30am. Amy Landis, Certified Celebrant will officiate. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday, from 10:30 to 11:30am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Lung Association,
