Vilna Joseph

Vilna “Tinana” Joseph, 78, of Sinking Spring passed away on Saturday February 20, 2021. Born in Haiti, she was the daughter of Vilma and Saint Elise (Denis) Joseph. She is survived by five children; Montina Bapiste of New Jersey, Cronkite Vilbrun of Sinking Spring, Bethie Destine of Sinking Spring, Myrlande Vilbrun of Sinking Spring and Hubert Vilbrun of Sinking Spring. Vilna is also survived by fifteen grandchildren. She was preceded in death by ten siblings.

Ms. Joseph enjoyed cooking for family and friends, singing, listening to Christian music and attending church. The family wished to include these beautiful words in the obituary of their beloved mother and grandmother: A mother’s love is a window to the heart that is always open and accepting. The beauty of her love reflects all that is good in this world. She is the best friend you’ll ever have, the purest love you will ever know. Thank you Mom for sharing your beautiful heart.

Funeral service will be held in Bean Funeral Homes and Crematory, 3825 Penn Avenue Sinking Spring, Friday March 5, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Nicholas Saget will officiate. Interment will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery.
