Verna V. "Mammy" Wagner, 95 of South Heidelberg Twp., passed away September 14, 2015 in Wyomissing Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
She was the widow of Guy J. Wagner who passed away July 9, 2008.
Born in Leck Kill, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Amelia (Brown) Kahler.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Sinking Spring.
Mammy was an avid bowler, loved yard sailing, flea markets and crocheting family heirlooms.
Survivors include daughter Ruby I. Kissinger, widow of James W., South Heidelberg Twp; three grandchildren Ann Stone, Gloria Fioravanti, Connie Rothermel, six great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. She was preceded in death by daughter Helen Mae Wagner.
Contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation 322 8th Avenue, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001 in memory of Mammy.
Services will be held in Bean Funeral Homes, 3825 Penn Avenue, Sinking Spring, Friday, September 18, 2015 at 12:00pm. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends 11:00-12:00pm
