Vera Losk

Vera Losk, 85, formerly of Reading, passed away May 24, 2011 in St. Margaret's Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was the wife of Michael N. Losk, Sr. who passed away October 22, 2010. Born in Reading on September 27, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Hvist) Noga.

Surviving are two sons Michael N. Losk, Jr., husband of Susan E. Losk of Verona, PA and Thomas N. Losk, husband of Diane Losk of Cranberry Twp, PA, 4 grandchildren Michael H. Losk, Karin E. Streily, Tatianna Losk and Zachary Losk and four great grandchildren Zaine, Faithe, Gabriella and Alanna.

Vera was a founding member of The Orthodox Church of St. Herman of Alaska, a Church School organizer and served as Choir Director for 35 years.
