Thomas Jacquette

July 18, 1949 — February 15, 2009

Thomas M. "Tom" Jacquette, 59, of Bernville, formerly of Wayne, PA, passed away on Sunday, February 15th at 11:59 p.m. at home.

Born in Darby, PA, he was the son of Francis X. Jacquette Jr. of Newton Square, and the late Lillian M. (Stroble) Jacquette, and husband of Mary R. (Crown) Jacquette at home.

He was a 1967 graduate of Cardinal O'Hara High School, Springfield, Delaware Co., and received his Associates Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. He was also a member of their Pi Delta Epsilon fraternity, and the former Wharton Evening School Alumni Association.

He was a US Navy Veteran during the Vietnam War, and a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Robesonia.

He worked as a Computer Technician for IBM for 15 years, last working in February of 2008.

In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by a daughter: Amanda M. Jacquette at home.

There is also one sister: Peggy (Jacquette) Prudente, wife of Al Prudente of West Chester; brothers: Frank III, husband of Cathy, of Woodbridge, VA, Stephen of Newton Square, Dennis, husband of Stephanie of Newton Square, and Chuck of Media, PA; and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be to St. Francis de Sales Church at the above listed address or to the ALS Association, Greater Philadelphia Chapter, 321 Norristown Rd., Suite 260, Ambler, PA 19002.
