Theodore Cieniewicz

Theodore A. Cieniewicz, 89, formerly of Reading, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 at 10:30 pm in the Lutheran Home at Topton where he had resided after suffering a stroke.  He was the husband of the late Dorothy L. “Ducky” (Stubler) Cieniewicz who passed away May 20, 2016.  Born in Reading, Mr. Cieniewicz was the son of the late Frank and Sophie (Emielita) Cieniewicz.  He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was a supervisor at Lucent Technologies for many years until his retirement.  Mr. Cieniewicz is survived by his daughter Jeanette A. Cieniewicz of Reading and his brother Leon Cieniewicz of Utica, New York.  He was preceded in death by his siblings Ed, Frank, Stanley, Chris “Tiny” Marion, Cecelia George, Florence Scheifly and Helen Guenther.

Graveside Service will be held at Charles Evans Cemetery at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association 225 North Michigan Ave. Floor 17, Chicago, ILL 60601 in memory of Mr. Theodore A.
