Thelma P. Kirkhoff, 90, formerly of West Lawn, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 5:09 am in Phoebe Berks Health Care Center. Mrs. Kirkhoff was the wife of the late William J. Kirkhoff who passed away June 11, 2016. Born in Eckhart Mines, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late H. Russell Seifarth and Cora M. (Engle) Seifarth. Mrs. Kirkhoff was a charter member of Saint Peter's United Church of Christ, West Lawn and was a registered nurse at Memorial Hospital in Cumberland, Maryland for 5 years and at Wernersville State Hospital for 3 years retiring in 1955. Mrs. Kirkhoff is survived by her daughter Beth K. Goldman and her life partner Mark S. Dragan of Wyomissing and her grandsons Miles K. Goldman of Brooklyn, New York and Ned P. Goldman of Philadelphia. Also surviving is her sister Janis Llewellyn of Frostburg, Maryland and nieces and nephews. Mrs. Kirkhoff was preceded in death by her brother John Seifarth.
Memorial Service will be held in Saint Peter's United Church of Christ, 2901 Curtis Road, West Lawn, PA 19609, Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 2:00 pm. Reverend Dr. Kris A. Hayden will officiate. Interment will be held privately by the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Saint Peter's United Church of Christ Memorial Fund at the above address or Grane Hospice Care, 1200 Camp Hill Bypass Suite 205, Camp Hill, PA 17011 in memory of Mrs. Thelma P.
