Sylvia Weiser

Sylvia J. (Bilger) Weiser, 59 of Maidencreek Township, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, when she passed away in her residence on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 4:05 pm after a year-long battle with cancer.
Born on March 4, 1957 in the Community General Hospital, Reading, PA she was the daughter of Ray and Myrtle (Keller) Bilger. Sylvia was a 1975 graduate of Fleetwood Area High School. She was a member of Spring Valley Church of God where she enjoyed crocheting for the Spring Valley Prayer Shawl Ministry. She had a love for animals, reading her Bible, and dining out. Sylvia was employed by Steve Moyer Subaru for 15 years as a title clerk.
Sylvia was the devoted wife to Keith L. Weiser whom she married on June 21, 1975. They enjoyed 41 wonderful years together. Keith and Sylvia spent a lot of time traveling together both in the US and abroad. Disney was one of Sylvia's favorite places.
In addition to her husband and parents, Sylvia is survived by her sister, Sheri Bilger-Reed, wife of Gregory Reed of Laureldale, her brother in law, Scott Weiser, fiancAC. of Diane Miller, Womelsdorf, her mother in law, Catherine Weiser, her aunt Dorothy Rothermel and cousins, Karol Mills, Darlene Sullivan, Ken Rothermel, Margie Keller, Steve Keller and Guy Keller. She will also be missed by her cat Tiger and puppy Andy.

Sylvia's love for Jesus Christ shined through with her deep faith.
"Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" Matthew 11:28-30.

Sylvia's one mission in life was to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ - she did till the very end.

Funeral Service will be held in Spring Valley Church of God, 2727 Old Pricetown Road, Temple, Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 11:00 am. Reverend Robert E. Hinson and Reverend Kyle Hinson will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Paul's Union Cemetery, Fleetwood. The family will receive relatives and friends in Spring Valley Church of God, Wednesday from 9:00-10:45 am.
