Stanford Allen, Jr.

Stanford Allen, Jr., 72, of Exeter Township, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 10:30 am at Complete Care-Berkshire, Exeter Township.  Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Allen was the son of the late Stanford Allen and Katherine (O’Boyle) Allsopp.  He was employed by various companies in the Philadelphia area as a drain cleaner.  Mr. Allen is survived by his son Stanford J. Allen husband of Rebecca Allen of Hampstead, North Carolina; his grandchildren Sarah Johnson, Wiliam Johnson, Kaelynn St. Andre wife of Nathan St. Andre, Amanda Allen and his great grandchildren Katherine and Alyson St. Andre.  Also surviving are his siblings Ilene Donnelly wife of Harry Donnelly of Georgetown, Delaware; Wendy Burke wife of Patrick Burke of Hatfield; Debora A. Sokol wife of Frank Sokol of Exeter Township.  Mr. Allen was preceded in death by his son Keith Jerlee Allen, January 29, 2000 and by his sister Katherine Pagano.

Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  Bean Funeral Homes & Crematory 6 Fairlane Road, Exeter Township is in charge of arrangements.
