Shoshana Tannenbaum

October 13, 1938 — March 3, 2010

Shoshana E. Tannenbaum, 71, of Lower Alsace Twp., passed away March 3, 2010 in University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia where she was a patient for one day. She was the wife of Daniel Tannenbaum. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 13, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Bessie R. (Rosenberg) Harrison.


Mrs. Tannenbaum was a 1956 graduate of Bexley High School and a 1961 graduate of Ohio State University with a BA in Education. She was a member of Kesher Zion Synagogue. A member of the Jewish Cultural Center the Kesher Zion Sisterhood and was a Life Member of Hadassah.


She was known to be a wonderful hostess to friends and strangers alike.


Surviving in addition to her husband are a son Marc H. Tannenbaum husband of Karen M. Tannenbaum of Charlotte, NC, and a daughter Miriam B. (Tannenbaum) wife of Edward Castrege of Aldan, PA.
