Shirley A. Weaver

Shirley A. Weaver, 88, of Spring Township, passed away Friday, September 8, 2023 at 5:51 pm in her residence.  She was the wife of the late Earl Richard “Dick” Weaver who passed away July 25, 2010.  Born in Lancaster, Mrs. Weaver was the daughter of the late Richard Smith and Mary (Long) Trayer.  She is survived by her children Douglas R. Weaver husband of Cathy A. Weaver of Exeter Township; Deborah M. Ferrara wife of Joseph B. Ferrara of Sinking Spring; Denise L. Dull wife of David A. Dull of Mohnton.

She is also survived by her grandchildren Ryan Weaver husband of Andrea Weaver; Adam Weaver husband of Ashley Weaver; Joseph Ferrara husband of Alison Ferrara; Jackie Thomas wife of Caleb Thomas; Andrew Dull and her step-grandchildren Daniel Dull; Antonia Elliott and Dominic Ferrara husband of Tracie Ferrara.  Also surviving are her great grandchildren Owen, Alexander, Lillian, Reese, Lucca, Haisley, Presley, Reagan and was preceded in death by great granddaughter Miriam Ferrara.

Mrs. Weaver is also survived by her brother Thomas Trayer of Lititz and was preceded in death by her sister Sylvia Kimmich.

Interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Pleasant View Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508 in memory of Mrs. Shirley A.
