Shirley Smith

Shirley A. Smith, 70, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Phoebe Berks. She was the beloved wife of Robert W. Smith. Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Folk and Gladys (Springer) Folk. Shirley was a graduate of Reading High School Class of 1965. During her life she was employed as a bus driver for BCIU. Shirley loved bingo and going to the casino. She was also the manager of fun place bingo in Muhlenberg. In addition to her husband she is survived by her children, William R. Smith, husband of Valerie, of Oley; Phillip M. Smith, companion of Debra, of Centerport; Beth Anne Smith, companion of Robert, of Albrightsville; and 5 grandchildren.
