Sally Frees

Sally A. Frees, 72, of Cumru Township, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018 in Reading Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Terry H. Frees. Born in Reading, Mrs. Frees was the daughter of the late Donald and Doris (Bernhart) Beam. She was employed by RM Palmer in Reading in the icing department for over 20 years. Mrs. Frees enjoyed playing bingo, cooking and going to the casinos. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Michele D. Kirwin, wife of John P. Kirwin of Chester, Maryland and her son Donald I. Frees, husband of Denise L. Frees of Reading and her grandchildren Morgan Frees; Karley Frees; John R. Kirwin; Jeffrey L. Heiser, Jr.; Jack M. Heiser; Joseph R.Heiser; Caitlin M. Heiser and her 4 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Sandra L. Davis, wife of Parks L. Davis of Columbus, Ohio; Helen M. Diana of Reading; Donald E. Beam, Jr. husband of Brenda Beam of Reading and Ann Shaner, wife of Michael Shaner of Grove City, Ohio.
Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held in Bean Funeral Homes & Cremation Services North 16th & Rockland Streets, Hampden Heights, Monday, February 19, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Amy S. Landis, Certified Celebrant will officiate. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
