RoseMarie Weitzel

RoseMarie Weitzel, 79, of Union Township, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at 5:50 pm in her residence surrounded by her loving family.  She was the wife of the late Edgar R. Weitzel, Jr. who passed away October 6, 2017.  Born in Reading Mrs. Weitzel was the daughter of the late Lester A. Donmoyer, Sr. and Violet M. (Bartlett) Donmoyer.  She was a member of the former Peace Lutheran Church in Reading.  Mrs. Weitzel is survived by her children Edgar R. Weitzel, IV of Sinking Spring; Judy L. Adams wife of Ronald Adams of Blandon; Jacqueline E. Pike wife of John Pike of Shillington; Virginia M. Boyer wife of Joel Boyer of Leesport; Dana M. Tranovich wife of Kyle Tranovich with whom she last resided and her 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by her sister FayDawn Perrotto wife of Daniel Perrotto, Sr. of Reading and was preceded in death by her sister Alma M. McCoy and brother Lester A Donmoyer Jr.

Funeral Service will be held at Bean Funeral Home 6 Fairlane Road, Exeter Township, Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 9:30 am.  Interment will follow at Berks County Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive relatives and friends at Bean Funeral Home Friday, December 29, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.  Online condolences may be made at www.beanfuneralhomes.com
