Roseann Ludwig

Roseann Ludwig, 70, of Lower Heidelberg Twp., passed away February 7, 2010 at 1:20 AM in Reading Hospital & Medical Center where she was a patient for 1 week. She was the devoted wife of 46 years to Zenith F. Ludwig. Born in Reading on August 21, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Roland C. and Rose (LaPera) Reiter.

Mrs. Ludwig worked in the Information Center at Vanity Fair for 13 years. She had an infectious personality and kind heart. She could frequently be found at the casinos, playing BINGO or playing cards with her dearest friends. She was Past President of Reading Fire Fighters Local # 1803 Ladies Auxiliary.

Surviving in addition to her husband are a son Philip B. Raifsnider III husband of Pamela A. Raifsnider of Birdsboro, 2 daughters Tina L. (Ludwig) wife of Scott A. Hause of Robesonia and Kristy L. (Ludwig) wife of Jerry S. Hartman of Wernersville and a step son Bryan R. Ludwig of Sacremento, CA. She was known as Mom-Mom to her 7 grandchildren for whom she lived her life. Her grandchildren are Philip B. Raifsnider IV, Whitney L. Raifsnider, Dakota M. Brown, Destiny Rose Hause, Kassie R. Ludwig, Brett Ludwig & Bradley Ludwig.
