Rose Fuoco

Rose Fuoco, 94, passed away on October 11, 2018 at Berkshire Center, Exeter Twp. She is now free from the cares of this world. We believe she is once again singing and dancing to her heart's delight with her sisters as she did in the days of her youth.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Demetrius and Theresa (Tacyn) Melniczek.
Rose was the wife of Peter Fuoco, who passed away on May 10, 2001.
She was predeceased by her siblings: Anna Vlasak, Michael Melniczek, Mary Wilson, Helen Dukeman, Kathryn Hurt, Olga Hojnowski, and Stephen Melniczek.
Survivors include her four children: Rosemarie E. Miller, wife of Leon, Green Hills; Peter T. Fuoco, husband of Jo A., Exeter Township; Robert J. Fuoco, husband of Sherri, Maryland; and Lisa A. Fuoco, Shillington along with a brother John Melniczek, Shillington.
Also surviving are five grandchildren: Matthew Miller, husband of Meghan; Christopher Miller, husband of Karen Li; Keath Puller, husband of Stacee; Laura Peter, wife of Michael; and Katelyn Crowley, and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 12:00PM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 11-12:00PM. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Shillington.
