Rose Ferri

Rose M. Ferri, 91, of Shillington, passed away on April 22, 2016 at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Rose (Sedoti) DiBlasi.
She was the wife of Joseph E. Ferri, to whom she was married to for 68 years.
Rose was a lifelong member of St. John Baptist de LaSalle RCC in Shillington. Her family was her life, and she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her Siblings: Anthony and Samuel DiBlasi and Angelina Milloni.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Shelly Kreska, wife of Ken of Shillington and Denice Cannon, widow of Joe of Spring Twp. Grandchildren: Matthew Kreska, husband of Colleen, Ssgt. Stephen Kreska, USAF, husband of Debra, Kristen Cartin, wife of Dan, Ryan Cannon, fiancAC. of Sophie Guzowski, and Evan Cannon. Great-grandchildren: Kathryn and Rebecca Kreska, Jovyn and Coryn Kreska, and Penelope and Cecilia Cartin. Sisters: Catherine R. DiBlasi and Sara M. DiBlasi.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. John Baptist de LaSalle RCC, 42 Kerrick Rd., Shillington, on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 10:00AM. The family will receive friends and relatives at Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, on Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 6-8:00PM. The Entombment will follow the service at Gethsemane Cemetery and Mausoleum.
