Ronald Berger

Ronald Scott Berger, 64, of Spring Township, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018 at the Reading Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Debra L. (Kilakis) Berger whom shared 11 wonderful years together. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Ronald and Shirley (Smith) Berger. Ronald was a 1971 Governor Mifflin graduate. During his life , he was employed as a mixer for Bimbo, retiring in 2016 and worked part time at Berk's Lane. Ronald was a third generation die hard Yankees Fan, he loved NASCAR, golf and bowling. He especially loved his family and grandkids. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Joesph Okonski, husband of Katherine, of Sinking Spring; Jesse Berger, of Sinking Spring; Stephanie Nolan, wife of Keith, of Sinking Spring; Chad Reifsnyder, of Mount Penn; 4 grandchildren; sisters, Leslie Berger of Stroudsberg, and Lori Berger, of Shillington.

Funeral service will be held at Bean Funeral Homes, 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring 19608, on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Charles Evans Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 6:00pm-8:00pm and Thursday, August 16 from 9:00am- 10:00am at the funeral home.
