Robert E. Erb

Robert E. Erb, 93, formerly of Shillington, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024 at 6:38 pm at The Residence at Fitz Farm, York. He was the husband of the late Patricia A. (Dunlap) Erb who passed away August 7, 2008. Born in Shillington, Mr. Erb was the son of the late Roy O. and Virginia M. (Cutler) Erb. Mr. Erb was a graduate of Shillington High School and Wyomissing Poly Technical Institute. He was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ in Shillington and was employed by Arrow International as a medical device engineer. Mr. Erb is survived by his children Reverend Jeffrey K. Erb husband of Margaret “Peg” Erb of Belchertown, Massachusetts; Robin N. Reinoehl wife of Richard G. Reinoehl of Peoria, Arizona; Todd F. Erb husband of Amy P. Erb of York; his grandchildren Alexandra Q. Erb, Trevor R. Erb, Rachel L. Erb, Jessica R. Montag, Christian F. Erb, Jordan P. Erb and his 8 great grandchildren. Also surviving is his sister Marilyn Benevit of Bern Township and he was preceded in death by his sister Dolores M. Leibold.

Funeral Service will be held at Bean Funeral Home 129 East Lancaster Ave. Shillington Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 9:30 am. Reverend Jayme Babczak will officiate. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends at Bean Funeral Home Saturday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Immanuel United Church of Christ 99 South Waverly Street, Shillington, PA 19607, immanuelucc.org,  in memory of Mr. Robert E. Erb.
