Robert Clark

Robert " Bob" Clark, beloved husband of Margaret Clark died January 23, 2016 after a brief and brave battle with cancer. Bob was a graduate of Upper Darby High Class of 1955 and married his high school sweetheart Judy Hawkins. They shared over 25 years of marriage with their three loving children Robert Scott (Carolanne), Steven (Terri) and Susan (Tom). Together they taught the values of a strong work ethic and the gift of laughter with good friends. Bob's devotion to Judy never wavered during her tragic fight with cancer ending in her death in 1988.

Bob was blessed to find love and begin life anew with Marji. Their union was enriched by the love and affection of Marji's children Kathy, Robert (Carolyn), Jeanne (Tom) and Scott (Eileen). Together Bob and Marji shared many adventures and friendships from Summit Ave to Houston and from Sun City to The Heritage. Retirement was filled with new friends, new hobbies, his precious Thunderbird, their 18 amazing and beautiful grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's name can be made to the The Heritage Veterans Association.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Church of St. Benedict, 2020 Chestnut Hill Road, Mohnton, Friday January 29th, 2016 at 10:30am, Rev. Philip F. Rodgers celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends 9:30-10:30am at church. Entombment will follow in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, (Delaware County), followed by a luncheon in Springfield County Club.
