Richard Robinson

Richard D. Robinson, 83, of Reading, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at The Mifflin Center. He was the loving husband of Gloria L. (Seidel) Robinson. Born in Kutztown, he was the son of the late Frank and Luella (Sensenderfer) Robinson. Mr. Robinson was a graduate of Reading High School in 1951. During his life he was employed as a Steam Fitter at Corbits in Reading and was co-owner of Frank Yoder Plumbing. In addition to his wife he is survived by his sons, Michael J., husband of Carole Robinson, of Sinking Spring; Todd P., husband of Megan Robinson, of Mertztown; grandchildren, Benjamin, husband of Kari Robinson; Madelyn Robinson , Rebecca Robinson , Samantha Robinson , Jacqueline Robinson , Austin Robinson and great grandchild Milo Robinson. He was predeceased by his sons, Bradd J. Robinson, Stephen D. Robinson, daughter, Anne Robinson, and his grandchild Christopher Robinson.
Funeral Service will be held in Holy Cross United Methodist Church, 329 N 5th St, Reading, PA 19601, Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 10:00 am. Reverend Mandy Miller will officiate. Interment will follow in Alsace Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends, Tuesday, December 6, 2016 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Judes Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105, in memory of, Richard D. Robinson.
