Richard Lamber

Richard L. Lamber, 88, of Spring Township, passed away Friday, August 5, 2016 at 4:30 pm in Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Patricia A. (Hayburn) Lamber. Born in Reading, Mr. Lamber was the son of the late Louis and Sallie (Boyer) Lamber. He was a truck driver and also was a general manager at Reading Ford. In addition to his wife Patricia, Mr. Lamber is survived by his son Keith A. Strahin, husband of Bernadette Skowron of Reading along with his grandchildren Zachary and Marissa and his great grandchildren Nahtalia; Breann; Gihana and Diavana.
Graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Pleasant View Cemetery. Reverend David Roeper will officiate. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Berks County, 1801 North 11th Street, Reading, PA 19604.
