Richard Laffredo

Richard Laffredo, 72, of West Lawn, passed away on March 2, 2016 at Penn State Health St. Joseph.
Born in Norristown, he was the son of the late Paul and Verna (Seitz) Laffredo.
Richard was employed as a truck driver for Continental Express Transport and as a bus driver for Wilson School District. He was a member of Knights of Columbus and the West Reading VFW. He will be remembered for being a very kind, caring, and loving individual who was a great husband and father, who brought joy to everyone.
He was predeceased by his wife: Sarah-Ann Laffredo, daughter: Angela M. Kummerer, and Brothers: Marcus and George Laffredo.
He survived by his wife: Nengmei Laffredo, children: Michael-Angelo Laffredo, husband of Donna Jean of West Lawn and Alicia Maria Rudoph, wife of Eric of Midlothian, VA. Step-daughter: Xinyu Bi. 4 grandchildren. Brothers: Frank Laffredo and Paul Laffredo, Jr.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Ignatius Loyola RCC, 2810 St. Albans Dr., Sinking Spring, on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 10:30AM. The family will receive friends and relatives at Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, on Monday, March 7, 2016 from 6-8:00PM and on Tuesday from 8:45-9:45AM. The interment will follow the service at Berks County Memorial Gardens.
