Richard Keller

Mohrsville, PA

Richard L. Keller (also known as Spider), 63, of Centre Township, passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021 at 11:30 am in his residence.  He was the husband of Jeannie L. (Haldeman) Keller; with whom he had just celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary on April 19th.  Born in Reading on July 22, 1957, Rich was the son of the late Paul E. Keller and Pearl A. (Linderman) Keller.  He was employed by Maier’s Bakery for 21 years retiring in 1996.  Rich was an Army Reservist from 1979 until 1985.  He had a passion for cooking, for his family, “protecting his girls” and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycles for over 40 years.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters; Michelle R. Long, wife of Michael P. Long of Blandon; Christina L. Speece, wife of Jeremiah Speece of Mohrsville; Heather J. Rayel, wife of James R. Rayel of Shillington; Tiffany A. Rosado, wife of Freddy Rosado of Wernersville and his grandchildren Vanessa, Alexa, Haley, Brianna, Dylan, Madison, Riley, Julian, Jayden, Jezebella, Jahsiel, Jerisiah, Jemmi, Jonah, Jorja; his great grandchildren Sofia and Scylla; and his family dog Ginger.  Rich is also survived by his siblings Jack Keller of Leesport; Glenn Chille of North Carolina; Bonnie Bower, wife of William Bower of Temple; Darlene Frederick of Shillington; Sandy Guldin, wife of Sam Guldin of Womelsdorf; Ardelle Brennan of Texas; and several beloved nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his brother Paul R. Keller and sister Irene Jackson.
