Ramon Zeller

Ramon R. Zeller, 80, of Laureldale, passed away on July 21, 2018 at his residence.
Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Revilo P. Zeller and Pearl T. (Zimmerman) Zeller. He celebrated 43 years of marriage to his wife Janis, who passed away in 2017. His family and friends take great comfort in knowing they will be united again.
Ramon was a 1955 graduate of Muhlenberg High School. He earned his bachelor's degree from East Stroudsburg University and his master's degree from Glassboro State College (Rowan University). He went on to work as a guidance counselor at Reading High School until his retirement. He was an avid football fan, rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penn State football teams.
Ramon is survived by his children, Ramon R. Zeller, fiancAC. of Virgil Kahl, of Spring Twp., and Stephen R. Zeller, husband of Alison, of Muhlenberg Twp. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and 2 nieces. He was predeceased by his sister, Carolyn (Zeller) Wiener, who passed away in 2013.
