Ralph Daubert

Ralph G. Daubert, 83, of Laureldale, passed away September 5, 2008 at 1:38 PM in the residence of his daughter Wendy. He was the husband of Joyce M. (Root) Daubert who passed away November 30, 1999. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late John M. and Rhea (Kercher) Daubert.
He was a 1942 graduate of Reading High School.
He was a self employed electrician and owner of Daubert Electric Company for 52 years retiring December 31, 1995.
Mr. Daubert was a past president of the Electrical Contractors of Southeastern PA and was a member of the Voter's Hall of Fame for 50 consecutive years of voting.
Surviving are a son Keith A. husband of Francine M. Daubert of West Reading, 3 daughters Melissa S. (Daubert) wife of Mark S. Adams of Muhlenberg Twp., Sharon A. (Daubert) wife of Ronald G. Lutz Jr. of Hyde Park, Wendy L. (Daubert) wife of Gregory L. Greenawalt of Lenhartsville, 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 2 sisters Shirley (Daubert) Kinder of Muhlenberg Twp. and Joan (Daubert) wife of Rodney Love of Muhlenberg Twp. He was predeceased by a granddaughter Megan Adams and 2 brothers George Daubert and Harold Daubert Sr.
Services will be Wednesday at 1:30 PM in Bean Funeral Home, N. 16th & Rockland Streets, Hampden Heights. Rev. John Francis will officiate. Friends will be received Wednesday 12:00 to 1:30 PM.
