Phyllis Bressi

Phyllis F. Bressi, 86, of Wyomissing, passed away March 14, 2011 at 10:00AM in Mifflin Center where she resided since December 20th. She was the wife of Joseph V. Bressi. Born in Carlisle on November 24, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Waldo F. and Laura F. (Floyd) Christman.

Phyllis was a 1942 graduate of Altoona High School. She was employed as an administrator at Sears in Reading for 20 years retiring in 1982. Mrs. Bressi was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church.

Surviving are a daughter Chrisan (Bressi) Herrod of Annapolis, MD; 3 sons Joseph R. Bressi of Sinking Spring, John C. Bressi of Concepcion, Chile and James A. Bressi of Galesville, Wisconson; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
