Peter Palmadesso

Peter P. Palmadesso, 98, of Exeter Twp., formerly of Lakehurst, NJ, passed away on Monday, July 12, 2010 at 6:05 p.m. at Berkshire Center, where he had been a patient since April 26, 2007.

Born in Newark, NJ, he was the son of the late Nicola Palmadesso and Rosa (Rella) Palmadesso, and widower of the late Lucy Mary (Gugliemelli- "Melli") Palmadesso, who passed away December 9, 2003.

He worked as a shipping clerk for the former NJ Bell Telephone Company in Newark for 32 years, retiring in 1977.

He is survived by his daughters: Linda (Palmadesso) Gurnicz of Mohnton, and Rosemary (Palmadesso) Walz of Jackson, NJ; and a son: Peter J. Palmadesso of Manassas, VA.

There are also seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was pre deceased by two sisters: Mary Tinnirello and Rose Graybush, and a brother: Dominic Palmadesso.
