Peter Kaisoglus

Peter Kaisoglus, 83, of Sinking Spring, passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 at 9:34 pm in Reading Hospital. He was the husband of the late Rose A. (Piccone) Kaisoglus, who passed away March 21, 2014. Born in Reading he was the son of the late Efthimios and Mary (George) Kaisoglus. He was a graduate of Reading High School where he was a member of the swim team and was a member of Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church. Mr. Kaisoglus was a Sergeant in the United States Army during the Korean War and was in sales and delivery at JE Tobacco in Reading for more than 25 years, retiring in 1993 and also worked in Sales at the WIN outlet in Reading. He is survived by his son Stephen M. Kaisoglus of Sinking Spring, his sister, Helen Nicholas of Bern Township, several step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Peter Kaisoglus, husband of Jean Kaisoglus.
Funeral Services will be held in Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church 1001 East Wyomissing Blvd., Reading, PA 19611, Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 11:00 am. Reverend Thomas L. Pappalas will officiate. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends in Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church Thursday 10-11:00 am.
