Pauline L. Miller, 54, of Panama City Beach, FL and formerly of Berks County, passed away September 11, 2015, surrounded by her loving family in the Reading Hospital.
She was the wife of Thomas R. Miller.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late John and Sara (Schmehl) Ganas.
Pauline was the previous co-owner of Penn Stump Grinding in Bernville and was a bar manager at Veteran Fireman's Association (Bungalow) for 27 years before retiring.
Surviving in addition to her husband Thomas are siblings Elizabeth Lessig, Sinking Spring and Christopher Ganas, Temple; mother in law Martha Miller, Wyomissing. Pauline had a special place in her heart for her niece Sara and nephew Julian, along with other nieces and nephews and extended family members.
The family would like to extend a warm thank you to the Bernville EMS and Fire Company, Reading Hospital nursing staff and caregivers in buildings R3 and N3 and Bay Medical in Florida including Dr. Troop, Dr. Weber, Dr. Slavens and all of their staff for their excellent care that was given to Pauline. Words can not express how grateful they are to longtime and special friend Karen Frantz for all of her help during this time of need.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Pauline's memory to Heartland Hospice, 4 Park Plaza, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
