Paul Springer

Paul E. Springer, 91, of Reading, passed away Monday, March 28, 2016 at 9:50 pm in Reading Hospital. Born in Reading he was the son of the late Paul I. and Lillian I. (Bush) Springer. He was a member of Pennside Presbyterian Church; served in the United States Army Air Corp during World War II and was a store manager for Big A. Auto Parts Store for 41 years, retiring in 1987. Mr. Springer is survived by his children Richard G. Springer, husband of Carmen Springer of Womelsdorf and Kathryn I. Depasquale, wife of the late Kevin Depasquale of Exeter Township along with his 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Bruce E. Springer, husband of Gloria Springer of Pennside.
Memorial Service will be held in Pennside Presbyterian Church, 253 North 25th Street , Mount Penn, Friday, April 1, 2016 at 11:30 am. Reverend David J. Duquette will officiate. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive relatives and friends in Pennside Presbyterian Church 11-11:30 am.
