Paul Lerch, Jr.

Paul Washington Lerch, Jr., 76, of Exeter Township, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at 7:32 am in the residence of his daughter Sherry L. Clark of Maidencreek Township.   He was the husband of the late Donna A. (Folk) Lerch, who passed away February 22, 2018.  Born in Reading, Mr. Lerch was the son of the late Paul Washington Lerch, Sr. and Ruth G. (Unger) Lerch.  He was a firefighter for the City of Reading for 44 years retiring in 2010.  Mr. Lerch is survived by his daughter Sherry L. Clark, wife of Michael J. Clark of Maidencreek Township and his son Scott L. Lerch, husband of Lisa R. Lerch of Exeter Township and his grandchildren Taylor L. Clark and Keith J. Lerch.  Also surviving are his brother Bruce Lerch of Green Hills  and sister Nancy Larish of Laureldale.   Mr. Lerch was preceded in death by his brother Donald Lerch.
