Paul Anderson

Paul W. Anderson, 88, of West Lawn, passed away on April 19, 2016 at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Paul W. Anderson Sr. and Ruth L. (Bachman) Anderson.
Paul was a US Veteran, serving his country in the US Navy during WWII and in US Army during the Korean War. He was employed as a Conductor and Brakeman for Conrail of Reading for 37 years, retiring in 1988.
He was predeceased by his wife: Betty L. (Drey) Anderson, Sisters: Geraldine M. Bausher, Thelma McConnell, Evelyn Hogan, and Vivian Hummel, Brother: Harry W. Anderson.
Paul is survived by his daughter: Jody K. Anderson of West Lawn and Grandson: Nicholas P. Anderson.
Funeral Services will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 10:30AM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 9:30-10:30AM. The interment will follow the service at Fairview Cemetery.
