Patrick Delaney

Patrick J. Delaney, 59, of Blandon, passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Lorraine (Skarupa) Delaney of Blandon. Together they shared 32 years of marriage. Born in Watertown, New York, he was the son of the late John and Dorothy (Mathis) Delaney.

Patrick earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He worked for Compass Group North America as a Route Professional.

Pat was an active member of Praise Christian Fellowship in Blandon. He enjoyed fishing and was a big Giants Fan. Patrick loved spending time with his family and his faith was an immense part of his life.

In addition to his wife Lorraine, he is survived by his children, Joshua A. Delaney of Blandon; Jordana L. Delaney, significant other of Jordan O’Reilly, of New Providence, PA; Bethany M. Delaney, of Mohnton; sisters, Claire Myones and Ronald; Mary Holahan and Michael; Martha Nicolli and Anthony; brothers, Leo Delaney and Jaimie; and Michael Delaney and Toni.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 11:00am at Grace Church 622 Old Lancaster Pike Reading, PA 19607. The family will receive relatives and friends from 10:30am-11:00am.
