Nancy Kuhlman

Nancy B. Kuhlman, 92, passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021 at Phoebe Berks. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry W. Kuhlman, who passed away on March 1, 2006. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late William T. and Elsie (Weber) Bricker. Mrs. Kuhlman studied Home Economics Education at Penn State University graduating in 1950. During her life, she was a dedicated teacher for the Reading School District until retirement.

Nancy was a member of Calvary UCC in Reading. She enjoyed traveling, attending Bridge Club and was an animal lover.

Mrs. Kuhlman is survived by her children, Dale D. Kuhlman, husband of Cheryl A., of Cumru Township; Betsy L. Majewski, wife of Charles A., of Temple; Christine L. Kuhlman, companion, of John Wiseman, of Amherst, Ohio; grandchildren, Adrian M. Kuhlman; Marielle J. Brookshire; Matthew C. Majewski; Cody W. Wenrich; Caitlin L. Gribble; 2 great- grandchildren, R.J. Majewski and Ramsey M. Majewski.

A private memorial service will be held at Calvary UCC, in Reading. Graveside service will be held at Laureldale Cemetery 4631 Pottsville Pike Reading, PA 19605 on Thursday May 20, 2021 at 10:15am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be offered to the Humane Society of Berks County. A service of remembrance is being planned to take place in the near future. Bean Funeral Homes, Shillington is in charge of arrangements.
