N. Pettersson

N. Peter Pettersson, 65, of Bernville, passed away on April 23, 2017 at Penn State Health St. Joseph.
Born in Stockholm, Sweden, he was the son of the late Nisse and Camilla (Hogstrom) Pettersson.
Peter was self-employed as a gift and decoration salesman. He was previously employed as a salesman for Baldwin Hardware. Peter was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Reading.
He is survived by his wife: Arlene E. Pettersson, Children: Angela L. Hemmig, wife of David of Reading, Richard G. Leisey, Jr. of Wernersville, Eric A. Pettersson, husband of Stephanie of Reading, and Andrew E. Pettersson of Bernville. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Elisabeth, Rachel, Sarah, Cooper, Mason, and adopted-grandchildren: Kendra, Anne, and Timothy; brother: Tom Pettersson, and sister: Annika Webster.
Funeral Services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 510 Park Ave., Reading, on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 11:00AM. The family will receive friends and relatives at Bean Funeral Home, 129 E. Lancaster Ave., Shillington, on Thursday, April 27, 2017 from 6-8:00PM and on Friday at church from 10-11:00AM. The interment will follow the service at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
