Myrtle Breish

Myrle K. Breisch, 90, formerly of Cumru Township, passed away Oct. 31, 2008, at 8:20 p.m. in Future Care of Chesapeake near Arnold, Md., where she had resided since May 15.

She was the wife of E. Ray Breisch who passed away Nov. 7, 2004.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Warren S. and Ruth P. (Gartman) Kaucher.

She was a 1936 graduate of Reading High School and a 1940 graduate of Drexel University.

Mrs. Breisch was a high school home economics teacher for five years in Reading High School and for 21 years in Haddonfield (N.J.) Memorial High School, retiring in 1976.

Surviving are a daughter, Barbara A. (Breisch), wife of Robert G. Fersch, Annapolis, Md.; and a son, Robert J., husband of Patricia D. Breisch, Melbourne, Fla.

Other survivors include seven grandsons and seven great-grandchildren.
