Mary Greusel

Mary Jane Greusel, 91, of Elizabethtown, passed away on January 25, 2019 at the Masonic Village.

Mary Jane was predeceased in death by her husband, Ray W. Greusel.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Walter A. and Lizzie A. (Wenrich) Matthias.

Mary Jane was a 1945 graduate of Reading High School. She was employed as a bookkeeper and secretary for 35 years at Esta Co in Reading. She was a member of Reading Chapter OES and a 50 year member of Ontelaunee Grange. She taught for 23 years as a Kindergarten Sunday school teacher at Epler's Church.

Survivors include her children: Stephen R. Greusel, husband of Marianne of Diamond Bar, CA; David R. Greusel, husband of Doris of Linn, MO; and Keith R. Greusel, husband of Kay of Stevens. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at Bean Funeral Homes, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 1:00PM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 12-1:00PM. The interment will follow the service at Laureldale Cemetery.
