Mary Glausman

Mary Lorraine Glausman, 97, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 in Keystone Villa, Blandon.  She was the wife of the late Edward C. Glausman who passed away in 1978.  Born in Philadelphia, Mrs. Glausman was the daughter of the late Colonel Thomas Bailey and Mary (Lyons) Bailey.   She was a graduate of Germantown High School and was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Glenside, PA.  Mrs. Glausman taught crafts at nursing homes and retirement centers.  She performed “In Costume” colonial cooking demonstrations at Hope Lodge in Fort Washington and worked two years prior to her marriage at Ayers Advertising Agency in Philadelphia.  Mrs. Glausman is survived by her sons Edward C. Glausman, Jr., husband of Linda S. Reed of Alsace Township and Robert Craig Glausman of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and was preceded in death by her step son Kenneth E. Glausman.
