Mary Brown

Mary Brown who resided in Sinking Spring, passed away at age 86 on June 24th at Penn State Health St Joseph's Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Harvey J. Brown who were married for 65 years. Mary's life was devoted to her husband and family. Mary retired from F.M. Brown's after 40 years. Born in Berks County, she was the daughter of late John and Esther (Fick Baer). In addition to her husband Mary is survived by her daughters, Linda Brown, wife of Stanford Feinberg of Douglassville; Susan Brown, wife of Cecil Campbell, of Sinking Spring; Marianne Egolf, wife of Bradley Egolf of Sinking Spring;7 grandchildren; 2 grandchildren-in-law, 2 step grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and her adored dog, Sophie. Mary was predeceased by 9 siblings.
Funeral services will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church 4125 Penn Ave, Sinking Spring, PA 19608 on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 4:00 pm at the church. Following the service, dinner will be served in the church reception hall at 5:00 pm. The family will receive relatives and friends from 3:00 pm-4:00 pm at the church. Burial will take place at St Paul's Church Cemetery in Amityville, PA on Saturday June 30, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
