Marlyn Lengle

Marlyn W. Lengle, 78, formerly of Robesonia, passed away August 10, 2009 at 5:28 AM in Rest Haven Nursing Home, Schuylkill Haven where he resided for 2 1/2 years. He was the husband of Arlene R. (Morgan) Lengle. Born in Pottsville on September 12, 1930, he was the son of the late George and Beulah (Dickson) Lengle.

Mr. Lengle worked in maintenance at Garden State Tannery in Fleetwood for 14 years until his retirement in 1995.

Surviving in addition to his wife are 2 daughters Barbara L. (Lengle) wife of Frank J. Sowers of Fleetwood and Lynn (Lengle) Zerbe of Bernville, 2 sons Richard L. Lengle Sr. husband of Merla Lengle of North Carolina and William C. Lengle of Exeter Twp., 3 grandchildren Jennifer Berkley, Ryan Berkley and Richard L. Lengle Jr., 3 brothers Irvin Lengle in Northmont, George Lengle and Harvey Lengle both in Florida and a sister Alma (Lengle) Lorah of Delaware.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 South Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042 to benefit patient's care in the name of Marlyn W. Lengle.
