Mark Hauck

Mark D. Hauck, 56, of Reading, passed away on September 9, 2016 at his residence.
Born in Reading, he was the son of Michael D. Hauck and Marilyn L. (Potteiger) Pare'.
Mark was a US Marine Corps Veteran, proudly serving his country as a Sergeant during Desert Shield/Storm. During his service, Mark received the Navy Commendation and Achievement Medals, Good Conduct Medal, Navy Unit Citation, National Defense Ribbon, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, and Kuwaiti Liberation Medal. After serving in the Marines, Mark was employed as a District Manager for a Taco Bell Franchise in North Carolina. For the past 10 years, he was working as an equipment operator at East Penn Manufacturing. He had a love for penguins and yoga and was passionate about music and enjoyed playing the guitar and piano.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his Son: Seth D. Hauck of Etoile, TX, Sister: Melissa D. Maffei, wife of Shawn M. of Media, PA, and Brother: Michael D. Hauck, Jr., husband of Judith of Laureldale.
The family will receive friends and relatives at Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, on Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 9-11:00AM.
