Mark W. Hartman, 60, of Leesport, passed away peacefully while surrounded by his immediate family on October 1, 2018 at Penn State Health St. Joseph.
Born in Reading, he was the son of the late William R. Hartman, Sr. and Fern M. (Weidenhammer) Hartman.
Mark was a true outdoorsman who loved nothing more than hunting, fishing, gardening, playing with his dog Brody and grand-doggie Lilly and going to the beach annually with family and friends. He was a loving husband, amazing father, and a true lover of Mother Nature. Born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania, Mark worked at Dana for over 20 years. He also was an avid business owner who enjoyed working with his customers every day.
He was predeceased by his brothers Alan C. Hartman and William R. Hartman, Jr.
He loved being married to his wife Roxane D. Hartman for nearly 38 years. He was a devoted father of two sons, Michael P. Hartman, husband to Alicia L. Hartman, and Jason R. Hartman, fiancAC. of Anna M. Nielsen. Also surviving is his sister Susan D.Giddens. To him, family was everything. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at Bean Funeral Home, 3825 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 11:00AM. The family will receive friends and relatives from 9:30-11:00AM. The interment will follow the service at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
