Marion E. Breitegam, 77, of Exeter Township, passed away March 25, 2016 in The Lutheran Home at Topton where she was a guest since February 11th.
She was predeceased by both of her husbands Thomas D. Brown on January 22, 1983 and Robert Breitegam on January 15, 2013.
Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Russell O., II and Ethel G. (Anspach) Motze.
Mrs. Breitegam was a 1959 graduate of The Reading School of Nursing. During her working years, she was a Teacher for Children's Bible Club at Good News Club on Good Street in Reading and Child Evangelism Fellowship, retiring in 1992. Prior to teaching she was employed at Community General Hospital as a Registered Nurse.
She was a member of Grace Bible Fellowship Church, where she was a former Sunday School Teacher and Good News Teacher.
Marion's greatest joy in her latter years was waking early in the morning to spend time in prayer for those she loved. Her generous heart for those she knew was reflected in the many hours spent remembering them to the Lord she loved.
The family would especially like to thank the caregivers at Comfort Keepers and the Lutheran Home at Topton whose grace to Marion made her last months ones filed with love.
Surviving is a daughter, Mary B. Hudson, wife of Don, Leesport; son Thomas F. Brown, husband of Laurel, Allentown; step daughter Dorothy E.
