Marie Stoudt

Marie E. (Bette) Stoudt of Bethlehem, formerly of Shillington, passed away July 17, 2009 at 7:30 pm in her residence of natural causes. She was the wife of the late Edward W. Stoudt who passed away in 1998. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Paul F. and Florence M. (Blair) MacCarter. Mrs. Stoudt was employed by the Reading Hospital and Medical Center in the Fiscal Affairs Office for 15 years, retiring in 1988. She was a member of Wesley Methodist Church in Bethlehem. She is survived by her sons, Richard A. husband of Lucille M. Stoudt of Narvon, PA and Craig M. husband of Kathy A. Stoudt of Bethlehem, PA. She is also survived by her grandchildren Kirstin Gordon of Ephrata and Lance Stoudt of Columbus, Ohio along with her great grandchildren Olivia and Jacob Gordon of Ephrata. She was preceded in death by her brother Paul F. MacCarter and her sister Sarah Louise MacCarter.
