Marie Grim

Marie Alexis Grim, 54, of West Reading, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 9:30 pm in Manor Care Health Services, Spring Township where she was a guest for 2 weeks. Born in Reading, Marie was the daughter of Leon P. Grim, also a guest at Manor Care Health Services, Spring Township and the late Ann Marie (Herman) Grim. She was a 1980 graduate of Central Catholic High School and was a member of Saint Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church. Marie loved to travel to the Jersey Shore, casinos, watching Philadelphia and Reading Phillies games, was a light house enthusiast and enjoyed watching game shows. She was employed by Vanity Fair and Meridian Bank. In addition to her father, she is survived by her cousins Carol M. Roskoski, wife of Joseph Roskoski of Oley; Barbara A. Garini, wife of Richard Garini of Wernersville; Patricia A. Diehl, loving companion of Dennis Slimmer of Stouchsburg and Frank R. Diehl, husband of Irene Diehl of North Carolina. Marie was preceded in death by her aunt Caroline (Herman) Diehl and her uncle Robert Herman.
