Maria Martell

Maria M. Martell, 62, died April 2 at Penn State Health St Joseph Medical Center.
Born in Las Marias, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Juan and Dolores (Torres) Martell.
She was employed as a warehouse worker for Ames Distribution Center for 15 years before retiring. She was a member of Bethel Pentecostal Church in Reading.
Surviving are two Sons; Mckswel Morales of Las Marias and Edickson Morales of Reading, 3 grandsons and 1 great grandson.
Also surviving are 4 Brothers; Juan Martell, Jr. of Las Marias, David and Edwin Martell of Reading, Jeremias Martell of Lakeland, FL, and 6 sisters; Juanita Martell of Reading, Anna Martell of Hatillo, Puerto Rico, Carmen and Ida Martell of Las Marias, Raquel Martell of Queens, NY and Tully Martell of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico
Funeral Service will be held in Bean Funeral Home, 129 East Lancaster Avenue, Shillington Friday April 6 at 10:00 AM with the Rev. Frank Gonzalez officiating. Burial will follow in Charles Evans Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home, 129 East Lancaster Avenue, Shillington Thursday April 5 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
